Caregiving can be a challenge and sometimes we all need support. All families, friends, and caregivers (paid and unpaid) of people living with dementia are invited to attend and share experiences, resources, and gain support from those who may also have similar experiences.

We define caregiving as providing care for the daily needs of someone unable to care for themselves including, children caring for parents, parents caring for children, spouses caring for a spouse, and other family members caring for family or friends.

Join with others in a caring, small group environment to share the challenges of caregiving and develop coping strategies that are beneficial for the caregiver and those they care for. Learn more about resources that can help with caregiving and learn coping strategies from knowledgeable facilitators and presenters.

Invite a friend or family member you feel could benefit from a support group.
