The Chicago Hyde Park Village and First Unitarian Church Hyde Park will host 2 sessions for meeting with representatives from Howard Brown Health concerning their LGBTQ & A: The Aging Project and survey. Both sessions will be at the First Unitarian Church, 5650 S. Woodlawn Ave.:

LGBTQ&A: the aging project

Howard Brown Health is conducting a needs assessment, including a written survey, to identify the health concerns, service needs, and barriers to care for LGBTQ older adults residing in Cook County. They hope to include as many interested community members as possible. This study will serve as a foundation for future HBH aging health and wellness programs, but will also help to inform care and services for LGBTQ older adults nationwide.

Survey Eligibility

· 50 years or older, and

· Identify as LGBTQ and

· Reside in Cook County, IL
