Prominent scholar and Quaker activist George Lakey discusses the answers to this question as presented in his recent book, Viking Economics: How the Scandanavians Got It Right and How We Can, Too. Lakey, a sociologist and former Swarthmore professor, will describe how Norway, Sweden, Iceland and Denmark have joined the top tier of International ratings for equality, freedom and shared abundance.
