Monthly Lunch Gathering
Wednesday, August 28
10:30 – 1:00 Central
Please register by Sunday, August 25
Special this month, we welcome the SuperAgers team! Dr. Emily Rogalski and Phyllis Timpo from U of C HAARC (Healthy Aging and Alzheimer's Research Care) Center share some of their community engagement work to promote resilience, resistance, and increased healthy lifespans as well as their research on Alzheimer's disease, related dementias, and Primary Progressive Aphasia. Plus we look forward to some of their SuperAger research participants to join and share their experiences.
Enjoy lunch, conversation, games, & free fitness with Coach Wesley. Make your mark on the "Where in the World" maps, and browse the Book & Jewelry Exchange and Resource Table. Registration is required for the optional lunch.
Register Early for Less!
Please register by Sunday, August 25 to take advantage of "early bird" registration. Registrations after that date will incur an additional $3 fee.

Where in the World:
Join in a new activity! Place colored pins on two large maps marking where in the world you were born and where you grew up. You will also have a chance to answer a few simple questions on paper so we all can learn more about the many different journeys that brought together our CHPV community. Our thanks to Dorothy Strang and CHPV's DEIA Team for their efforts on this initiative. |
