Dr. Victoria Russo is Supervisor of Family and Support Services with the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services- Senior Services Division where she manages and conducts outreach and education programs for caregivers and older adults. She received her PhD in Sociology with an emphasis in Life-course and Aging from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s degree in Gerontological Studies from Miami University, OH. Prior to joining DFSS in 2020, Dr. Russo was adjunct faculty with Concordia University Chicago in the Graduate Gerontology Program.
Karen Kolb Flude, MS, RFG is the Manager of Family and Support Services, Chicago’s Area Agency on Aging, the Senior Services Division of the Department of Family and Support Services. She administers a broad portfolio of in-home support programs for Chicago’s older adults that includes home-delivered and congregate meals, caregiver supports, legal services, and a variety of other programs.
