Help Decorate and Ride the Trolly with Chicago Hyde Park Village!

Friday, July 4, 2025

(Parking Lot behind HP Bank Building at 54th and Old Lake Park)

10am — Help decorate the trolly; bring your own streamers & decorations

11 — Ride/March in the parade (consider bringing a donation to help offset the trolly rental)

12–3 — Enjoy and/or volunteer at the festival
3–4:30 — Please lend a hand to help clean up

Since our founding, CHPV has joined this annual "Everyone Marches, Nobody Watches" July 4 Parade. It's a fun way to celebrate our values and community. Everyone is welcome. 4th on 53rd Parade is looking for more volunteers for the Parade and Free Festival. There are many of different options depending on your interests and availability!

In recognition of the holiday, CHPV is closed Friday, July 4.

• Exercise with Coach Wesley will begin at 9:30.

• Women's Group is canceled.

• Movies at the HPAC is canceled.
