Our favorite exercise leaders, Janèe Powell and Wesley Pulphus will demonstrate and discuss two kinds of exercise which can help address our joint issues. Many already know them and the rest of you should. Wesley leads in person exercise before our monthly Lunch Gathering, 10:30-11:30 and on Zoom every Friday morning 10-11. Janèe has led our Yoga for Balance, first in person and now on Zoom on Mondays 8-9am and on Thursdays 10-11am.
Chicago Hyde Park Village's free Zoom Drop-In series is held every 2nd Wednesday of the month. All are welcome! Invite a friend!
