The holidays are a time when we may start to notice concerning changes in an Older Adult. The SHARE Network, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, is hosting a supportive and informative virtual session designed to help families navigate those moments with confidence. This session will support you and your loved one by educating on the warning signs of dementia, gaining resources for evaluation and resources for safety in the community.

Topics include:
• The 10 warning signs of dementia
• Guidance on accessing evaluation and support resources
• Tips to help ensure safety and engagement in the community

The University of Chicago's SHARE Network is a major institutional partner of Chicago Hyde Park Village. We are pleased to promote the community enrichment opportunities provided by the SHARE Network.
