Mondays at 8 and Thursdays at 10 on Zoom. Yoga sessions incorporate gentle stretching, breath work, modified yoga poses, and relaxation. Classes improve strength and balance while standing and sitting. No prior experience necessary.

Every Tuesday at 11:00-12:00.
No experience required. Each session includes a brief introduction, a warm-up meditation, a short reading and discussion, a stretch break, and a 20-minute meditation.

Caregiving can be a challenge and sometimes we all need support. All families, friends, and caregivers (paid and unpaid) of people living with dementia are invited to attend and share experiences, resources, and gain support from those who may also have similar experiences.

Learn more about our monthly sessions providing stimulating activities that encourage creativity and well-being through art, music, singing, and movement, while offering opportunities to meet new friends and socialize.

The Ray and Joan Kroc Center
This event is organized by the Kroc Center Chicago and SHARE Network. A Memory Café offers a safe space for persons with mild cognitive impairment, early stage Alzheimer‘s disease or related dementias, and their care partners to meet new people, socialize, and enjoy an outing in a welcoming environment. Meets in person on second Thursday of the month.
